As of March 2022, I am retiring!

I have enjoyed meeting so many wonderful couples and have shared your amazing stories over the years. It has been my joy! But it is time...Thank you for allowing me to part of your special day.

I wish each and every one of you the best possible of futures. Congratulations!

Hello and hang in there!

It's not exactly shorts weather yet. But to everything there is a season....soon come.
I have had another wedding postponed until 2021. It is something to think about, especially if you have out of province guests coming. We don't know what travel will look like in the summer/fall season. Some couples are keeping the same wedding date, but will hold their reception and party when it is safe to do so - no restrictions - except have fun and celebrate!!

Lots to think about. Lots to plan. And. Lots to celebrate now. Your love. Your lives together.
Take time to enjoy your engagement.
Let me know if I can help in any way.

In the mean time, order the good wine.
Stay safe, healthy and happy!

Take care,
Jan

That Prince Edward Island wind still blows cold, at times. But, we've never missed a spring yet!

I have heard from several couples recently that were being married this summer and fall. They have postponed their weddings until 2021. Obviously these are stressful times, uncertain times. I understand their concerns and anxieties and am flexible. I just want to advise couples;  if you are planning a 2021 wedding, you should think about making plans now. Due to COVID 19,  I think 2021 is going to be a busy wedding season. Don't want anyone disappointed when they can't book that perfect venue, or that wonderful photographer or florist.

I'm here to help if I can! Take care of each other and stay healthy!

COVID - 19

Hello and greetings from beautiful Summerside (and area)!

This is a very stressful time. There's enough to think about - social and physical distancing, shopping, loved ones, without the worry of your future wedding plans. After a month of isolation and only seeking out the essentials, not sure about you, but I (extrovert that I am) want to get out! Hug people. Say hello in your face. Sit in your living room (or ours) with a great big glass of red wine. Browse in a book store and...get a hair cut!!
I have heard from several of my "summer" couples. I do understand your anxieties, bordering on fears. Wanted to let you know, I appreciate your feelings and am completely flexible. We are living one day at a time. It must be difficult to plan ahead.
If I can help, in any way, please let me know. Let's get creative.
Happy Spring - please stay safe and healthy and happy. You're getting married!
